This does not apply to same-day appointments. $150.00 balance will be rendered at the time of the signing.

• If you book less than 7 days before your appointment date, your balance may be due 24 hours before your scheduled appointment or at the time of your signing.

10. This contract will guarantee the Officiant’s availability for the Couples’ wedding date and time [The date & Time that the couple selected] thus preventing the Officiant from booking another wedding at the same date and time. If for any reason, a decision is made

not to use the services of the Officiant after retainer/booking fee by deposit was made, the  Couple must inform the Officiant, in writing, at least fourteen (14) days prior to the wedding date in order to release the Couple from this contract (at this point the booking fee is still non-refundable. 12. Marriage License Insurance (MLI). MLI is ideal for the couple that wants to prepare for any future discrepancies as it relates to a re-signing. At times a couple may forget to bring their marriage license to the ceremony or they have gotten married in a  county that they were prohibited to or any similar cases. MLI will minimize the cost associated with a re-signing.

⮚ For any resigning, the couple will have to pay the full signing price. To avoid paying the full resigning fee of $150.00, couples are encouraged to purchase  Marriage License insurance.

⮚ Your opportunity to purchase MLI expires 24 hours after your appointment date.

⮚ There are two types of MLI.

o The 2-month plan – This plan is only $25.00 and allows the couple to  have another signing (free of charge) until two months after their

initial scheduled appointment date.

o The 4-month plan – This plan is only $50.00 and allows the couple to  have another signing (free of charge) until four months after their

initial scheduled appointment date.

o Concerning clients who may have not gotten certified tracking and their marriage license got lost in the mail, your two or four months will start after the 10th day that your license was supposed to be received by the probate court.

⮚ For example: If your marriage appointment was on December 21st, 2018 and you got your marriage license signed on that date, you would have 10 days for your license to be delivered (12/30). December 31st, 2018 is when your 2 or 4- month period would begin.

⮚ If the couple needs to get a re-signing after 4 months, please expect to pay the full resigning fee.

13. Late fees only come into place after the 15-minute grace period has been reached. On the 16th minute of the late couple’s tardiness, a late fee of $1.00 per minute will be imposed based on the initial late time.

For example, if the couple schedules an appointment for 12:00 pm on a Friday and the couple arrives at 12:15 pm they will not be charged a late fee. However, if the couple has an appointment for 12:00 pm and they show up at 12:16 pm the couple will be charged a  $16.00 late fee. $1.00 per minute that the couple is late.

Also, if the couple arrives at the scheduled time, but does not begin the wedding at the scheduled time, the couple will also receive a late fee when it falls after the 15-minute  grace period.

– The officiant is allowed a 30 minute grace period

14. The couple understands that any fee that has been paid is non-refundable

15. False Booking Practices (FBP) – FBP is not allowed. These practices include chargebacks (booking services and pretending like you had nothing to do with the transaction, which results in the paying party filing a false claim with their bank). Booking for a simple signing and the officiant arrives at a 15-100+ person elopement/wedding ceremony. If this happens, when the officiant arrives at the location the couple (or paying party) must pay for services via CASH or CASHAPP only before services are rendered.

16. Officiant agrees to perform the ceremony in a professional and respectful manner, in accordance with the ceremony planned by the Couple.

17. Concerning rehearsals, teleconferences, and pre-marital sessions, you are responsible for arranging that separate appointment at least 2 weeks before your wedding. If you wait less than 2 weeks before your wedding to schedule these sessions/meetings, you could possibly forfeit your opportunity of having it.

19. You and your fiance are responsible for going to the probate court of your choice and applying for your own marriage license. The wedding officiant does not get your marriage license for you.

20. Because marriage portraits are complementary to each package, please understand that Pop Up Weddingz LLC requires a nice review, by way of video or written via the links that the party will be sent after the completion of their wedding, in order to receive the marriage portraits.

NOTE: Certified tracking is not included in any packages. If the couple decides they want their marriage license to have certified tracking, there will be an additional fee. All packages must purchase certified tracking separately if the party wants the officiant to deliver the license.
